Business Coaching
$1500/month
For
that investment, you receive an initial 2-hour on-site
planning session, a weekly telephone coaching hour,
and unlimited access to Kim throughout the month via
email. You also get a very structured process
in which you will define a vision for your business,
a timeline to completion, and an execution road map
to bring it all to life. Kim will serve as your
accountability partner, a sounding board for your ideas,
and a contributor of ideas and resources. The
purpose of a coaching relationship is to provide guidance,
training, motivation and courage. The actual
implementation is up to you.
Executive Consulting
$2500/month
In this scenario,
you receive an initial 2-hour on-site* planning
session, a weekly telephone hour, and unlimited access
to Kim throughout the month via email and phone. In
addition, you receive 6 additional hours of Kim’s
time, the use of which you will plan together. You
get the same structured process as above, but Kim assumes
responsibility right along with you for achieving your
now mutual goals. If you require a bigger commitment
from Kim to get your vision launched quickly, she’d
be glad to talk to you about what you need.
Business Consulting
Customized by project
Your investment is designed to bring Kim to your organization to help design, communicate and execute a strategic vision. Whether your strategic vision is about growth, marketing, acquiring funding, or exiting the business, Kim can help you to discover new possibilities and put them into action. Projects generally include planning sessions, staff presentations and coaching, and implementation guidance. Kim will put her vast collection of resources at your fingertips to help through every phase of your creation process. A three-month minimum commitment is recommended. (Amplifying big possibilities into reality takes a bit of time!) |
