Claim Refund
To claim your refund, please e-mail us the receipt you received to kim@possibilitiesamplified.com or call us at 803-426-1726.
If you are unable to locate your receipt, we will need you to provide us your contact information and other details we need to be able to locate your order. The information we might need from you includes the following: full name and address, estimated date of purchase, product/service ordered and reason for claiming a refund.
We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund will be processed (if eligible). You must also send us any physical material you received as part of the purchase and destroy all copies that may have been made or stored in any place.
