Amp It Up!

Here’s a quote from my mom: “Therapy is a boat that can take you to the other side, but then you have to GET OFF.”

Visualization is the same way.  Spend some of your time imagining how your dream life will be and how you will feel while living it, and with the rest of your time, start living that life!
