About Kim
The author of The Science of Making Things Happen: Turn Any Possibility into Reality, and as a technologist, strategist and futurist, Kim teaches people and organizations to harness the power and science of possibility. Her 25 years of business experience ranges from small business ownership to Fortune 500 executive leadership. In 2007, Kim founded Possibilities Amplified, Inc., a company that helps organizations prepare for the future and deliver extraordinary results through its executive mentorship and consulting programs. Her clients represent a broad spectrum of sectors, including government, healthcare, technology, finance, manufacturing, hospitality and non-profits.
Before founding Possibilities Amplified, Inc., Kim served as Vice President of New Initiatives for the Miami Herald Media Company, where she defined new possibilities with innovative technologies for a mature industry. Prior to her career at the Miami Herald, Kim was CEO for nine years of Catalyst, an international consulting firm specializing in the implementation of cutting edge technologies and processes. She has also served in sales director roles for national and international software companies.
Kim is an active member in her community, and has served on the board of the American Red Cross of Greater Miami & the Keys, as a member of Miami Dade College School of Entertainment & Design Technology Advisory Board, and as a campaign cabinet member for the United Way of the CSRA.
Known for her ability to teach others to see undiscovered possibilities and trends, craft strategies to take measurable advantage of them, and inspire with a compelling vision, Kim is passionate about helping people, businesses, and communities transform themselves.
Kim is very happily married to Michael, and loves to run, write, read, travel the world and have extraordinary adventures.
