About Kim
Kim Marcille is an expert on the science of amplifying possibility into reality, and the practical applications for both people and businesses. A renowned speaker and consultant, Kim's 25 years of background in business leadership ranges from Fortune 500 experience to small business ownership. She was most recently vice president of new initiatives for the Miami Herald Media Company, where she defined new possibilities with innovative technologies for a mature industry. In 1989, Kim founded Catalyst, a consulting firm specializing in cutting edge technology and workflow, and she served as president of that firm for 9 years. Her past clients have included Ogilvy & Mather, Eastern Airlines, Miami-Dade College, Harris Corporation, and the Coca-Cola Company, among other organizations.
Author of Amp It Up! And Other Secrets from Science for Creating the Life of Your Dreams, (to be published in 2008), Kim is a contributor to Managing Web Projects for Dummies (Hungry Minds, 2001), and has written numerous articles and essays for Ideas, Computer News International, International Business Chronicle, and The Miami Herald.

Kim was the winner of the American Red Cross 2005 Marketing and Communications Award, and was a finalist in the 2001 South Florida Business Journal's Up and Comers Award.
